I would love universal keyboard shortcuts; ideally manually remappable ones so that on my mac I can reassign the keyboard media controls to MOG.

Yes, please! Add keyboard shortcuts for the Mac player.
Like the other poster with a DAC, I need to control volume with the application.
Many thanks! (This is the only Mac app I've ever used with no keyboard shortcuts!) -

really want a system-wide (Windows) set of keyboard shortcuts, such as pause/next/previous.

+ 1 for this request. Shocking this doesn't exist.

Please make global media hotkeys! That would be really nice.

Here's my problems:
1) I use a DAC connected to my mac and system volume has no effect over volume, only an individual application's volume control has an effect. Therefore, to control MOG's volume, I have to switch to the app and manually move the slider. Even when I didn't have the DAC I preferred to use an application's volume control over the system volume (keeps things tidier in my opinion).2) I need to use my function keys for other apps (after effects, etc.) so I disable the media keys in system preferences. The only way to use them is to press the function button first and either way, this doesn't help the volume control problem
3) I like to use my Griffin Powermate (awesome gadget) to switch tracks, control volume, play/pause in iTunes (and now spotify because they support keyboard shortcuts AND applescripts ;) and would LOVE to use it with MOG, but alas...
4) I have figured out, using Keyboard Maestro, how to trick MOG into switching tracks using its menu commands but it's very clunky and volume doesn't work unless you click on the volume slider to make sure it's "activated" first. The app briefly comes to front after command which is not pretty.
Please at least add keyboard shortcuts to the menu commands and add a command for volume. Ideally it would be awesome to have applescript capability so one can really take advantage of the app.
I am enjoying MOG tremendously on my Squeezeboxes which is working wonderfully and if you can get these requests fixed I can use it as I work instead of Spotify, which I really find to be an inferior product, but I use for these reasons alone.
Thanks!

On my PC, I need to be able to play & pause music using the play/pause key on my keyboard, as well as play/pause button on my bluetooth headphones -- regardless of whether or not Mog is the foreground app. iTunes and Spotify both support this.
Currently on a trial membership, but I'll probably cancel since this isn't supported yet.

This is the one missing feature that has kept me from subscribing to any streaming service as having to constantly switch out of what I'm doing (especially when gaming) just to pause or skip sucks badly. I almost subbed to Grooveshark just because their API allowed someone to create a global hotkey app.

Global hotkeys, configurable to multimedia keys, would be real nice. Coming from Grooveshark, I do miss that.

I would love the ability to play/pause/ff from some keyboard shortcuts without having to :focus: on the window that has the flash player in it. Maybe an apple script that allows me to use the media btns on my keyboard. (there may be a similar function for pc). But cmd+play/pause btn would make MOG the ultimate for me. Love the service, just wish this was in place.

There already are keyboard shortcuts.
Pause/Play: Space
Prev/Next: Ctrl + Left/Right
Volume Up/Down: Ctrl + Up/Down -

There are a few benefits to this: media PC can operate with a remote, with screen/TV off; users can read somewhere else without having to point the mouse to the right button just to skip/stop/pause/repeat.
