Develop a Windows 8 Metro interface/app
On the desktop Windows 8 Consumer Preview it is awkward to have to switch between the legacy desktop and the Metro interface. If Mog could run alongside the other apps, switching between apps - including Mog when it is open - would be seamless and more effective. Which I guess is the point of the Metro interface.
Also, with Mog only running on the legacy desktop, media keys and remote controls don't seem to work to change tracks, pause and so on.
The new interface isn't going away and it would be great if Mog could become part of what seems a pretty intuitive way of working.
The only additional thing I need from MOG is a Windows 8 RT app. This is HUGE. Using the browser doesn't work: I need to use the desktop version of IE on my surface RT to be able to do anything else with it while listening to music, music stops when the screen saver comes on, it's impossible to favorite a track in the browser without a mouse, and it doesn't play smoothly (at least on my internet connection).

Another vote for a MOG Windows RT and WP8 app. Not even an "Under Consideration" status as of the time I'm posting this... I suppose this is what we can expect until market share gets higher.
Hang in there. With WP8 finally coming to carriers like Sprint and Nokia Lumia 920 and 1020 series arriving, WP8 is just now crossing into double digit territory and should be approaching a respectable 20% market share (across all devices) in the next 6 to 9 months IMO.

Agreed. I was just about to write an email to the MOG asking them to make a Windows 8 App.
Please do this! I would love you guys forever if you did this. Seriously.
I can't use MOG at all on my tablet with Windows 8 RT. Internet Explorer on Windows 8 RT can't run MOG because the MOG website uses flash animation.
That would be amazing!!! Can't wait to see what happens with this idea!

Spotify is supposedly busy working on a Windows Phone 9 app - it might finally be time to cave and switch to the leader.
I agrees. W8 as well as wp8

I agree. We need a Windows 8 style app as well as an App for Windows phone 8!
I would love this! I installed W8 last night and one of the first things I did was see how it worked with the MOG webpage. It's ok, but having a native application that can utilize the smaller slide of split screen mode (no idea what it's called), that would be golden. Mog on one side, anything else for the main screen. The web page does not play will in this mode currently.
Another vote for win8 RT and win8 phone!
I would just like to add that it would be great to also get a Windows Phone 8 app as well.
Another backer here. Use MOG all the time, this would be excellent.
+ another backer, this would be absolutely awesome! Windows 8 caters to background multitasking so well, it would be great to have an integrated one.

I would like to add that if you, MOG, make a Windows 8 app, you can port it over to ALL Windows 8 devices (tablets and phones) without much effort. As I am getting a Windows 8 phone as well, I hope to see the MOG app on there and my PC.
